9月12日 Lots of Girls and Lots of Boys...Ahhhh, Wiltshire County Council. That bastion of capability and civilisation. Always ready to give the go-ahead to another traffic calming scheme around their houses, but never yours. Beaurocracy at its finest. But apparently the information I was sent was correct, they just got my name wrong and any further correspondence should be addressed to the correct Carter i.e. Me.
Me laptop arrived today too so now it's just a matter of hoping I get my loan and stuff through in time for the start of term, buying all those little essentials...like a new set of razors and stuff and generally relaxing.
Finally, I should be an uncle again sometime over the next week. Damn thing's already over due, silly little bastard.
